Can the mapped data in MapPoint be separated or layered from the map itself. I would like to print transparencies with each one having a different portion of data on it. To do this I would need to print Drive times separate from the map itself etc...

MapPoint will print the route information separately by default. If you want to print different sets of pushpins as different layers, or if you want to suppress layers of map data that are displayed by default at a particular map zoom level, such as streets or highways, it can't be done.

I'd recommend to get MapInfo Pro and Map-In-A-Box in addition to MapPoint.. this let's you manage the layers separately.
