Can you enter GPS coordinates and make a pushpin?

Is there any way in MapPoint 2004 to enter GPS coordinates into some window and have the map take you to that point or place a pushpin there?

Hi,

Do you mean programaticly or in the MapPoint.exe application itself ?
For the former easy to do, if you want I give you some code snippets, for the latter, I dont know.

Here is a program that you can try, looks pretty good and they just ask for a donation if you like/use the program.

What I finally figured out how to do was use one of those conversion programs or websites to convert the coordinates to the proper format for MapPoint (WSG84 decimal format). Then I enter those into a comma-delimited text file and import into MapPoint.

This seems to work fine, although I am then not able to change the Pushpin data set properties to another data set that I already have created in the past. I'm not sure why this is the case and if anyone knows how to work around this, please tell me.
