From memory, I think the quit event handler returns a value, allowing you to disable the quit behaviour?? If not, you could use the MapPoint control instead of the standalone app. You could also control/disable other user-interaction actions as well, then. It may also look more seamless for the user? The quit event cannot be cancelled, according to MSDN Library. I don't know why, but I can't seem to disable user control. Seems like the MapPoint control is my best option. I agree that the look of the UI will be more cohesive that way. Even though the UI looks good now, better is always best (when feasable of course). |
