| city names from zip codes Let me explain what I am trying to do. I am trying to create a marketing writing campaign to all of my prospects within a certain mileage radius from my company. I have the list of prospects in Excel so I want to see if I can plot their locations on a map and then draw a radius from my company and see which prospects are included within the radius. Can anybody help with ANY solutions at all. Thanks!! |

To import the excel data, use the import data wizard (on the data menu). At the end of running thru the wizard you are prompted to choose map type, choose pushpin. On the drawing toolbar there is a radius drawing tool, after you draw your radius, right click the radius and choose export to excel. It will only export the pushpins that are in the radius. Good Luck,
