Cleaning up data

Does mappoint cleaning up data and spit it back out?

I have addresses for a non-profit that I help. I wanted to pull in the info I got and clean it up so that addressing is standard through the entire file, add county and census tract (which seems like a fun feature) back to my data which is in Access.

Is that possible with MapPoint?
