Clear Channel's Total Traffic Network Boosts Distribution With New Broadcasting and Online Agreements

SAN ANTONIO--April 26, 2006--Clear Channel Communications Inc.
Citadel Broadcasting to Carry Total Traffic Network Information on more than 60 Radio Stations

Fox Interactive Media Chooses Total Traffic Network as Exclusive Partner to Develop Online Traffic Products for its Local Web Sites
Agreements Add to Long List of Current Broadcast and Online customers, Including Jefferson-Pilot, Salem, Microsoft, Kivera, Mobilegates, Autodesk, and ATX Clear Channel's Total Traffic Network, a division of Clear Channel Radio, today announced that it has signed two new agreements that vastly expand its broadcast and online presence. First, Citadel Broadcasting has chosen Total Traffic Network to provide complete traffic coverage to its radio stations in 14 markets, including Lansing, Michigan, Buffalo and Syracuse, New York and Colorado Springs, Colorado, among others. Effective April 3, 2006, the two-year agreement covers more than 60 radio stations.

Additionally, Fox Interactive Media has named Total Traffic Network its exclusive partner for developing traffic products for its online properties and the Fox Television Stations. Total Traffic Network will provide a full slate of traffic information, including accidents, delays, construction, and more in all of Fox's Television's markets as it rolls out its interactive sites nationwide. Fox Interactive Media's sites are positioned as the ultimate home base for users' news, information, entertainment and community needs.

Citadel Broadcasting and Fox Interactive Media join a growing list of radio and television broadcasters and Web-based content distributors who have chosen Clear Channel's Total Traffic Network data to enhance their product offering to consumers. Total Traffic Network also provides traffic data to Microsoft's MSN Autos and MapPoint, Kivera's Rand McNally, Weatherbug, and Cingular/Bell South applications, Mobilegate's Nextel application, Autodesk's Verizon SMS application and ATX.
