And how to tell Mappoint to use the addin? (registry keys?)

Hi Ikke...
I want to use the Mappoint in VC++. I will be greatful if you give me some tips about using it. I want to buy that control but before that I want to see whether it performs my required operations.
Actully I want to show the worldmap, which will have the finer details...

Hi,
When you use the new Mappoint 2004 control, Visual Studio can generate a Add-in project for you. The wizzard generates all the code that is necessary. You just have to fill in some functions to accomplish your requirements. (see the documentation) Most of the time, you add one ore more menu commands to the MapPoint menu, and let your Add-In react to these messages.
Hope this helps.
