Controlling Autoroute from Visual Basic code

I have found lots of examples on how to launch mappoint as an application and create new maps, import data etc, all from within visual basic code.

Unfortunately i want to do all this using autoroute 2002, europe. not mappoint.

I cant even launch autoroute let alone import data.

Hope someone can help

Robert.

AutoRoute's a very inexpensive application compared to MapPoint for exactly that reason. If you want to programmatically control and integrate the mapping software with your program you need to step up to MapPoint.

A kludgy workaround for controlling AutoRoute might be WinBatch from WindowWare, it is like SendKeys on steroids.
