    version 0.7

I've just uploaded version 0.7 to my website: http://www.hypercubed.com/projects/coordex/ . This should eliminate a problem some users were having running CoordEx the first time. Also in this version:

    Improved GPSBabel Communication
    Import/Export CoordEx everything
    Import/Export CSV
    Export GPX
    Improved Symbol Translation
    Added 9 GPSBabel File formats
Now reads supported files from GPSBabel

Please send feedback to coordex@hypercubed.com or post to my forum ( http://www.hypercubed.com/megabbs/category-view.asp ).

I've just posted version 0.8 of Coordinate Exchange for MapPoint to my website: http://www.hypercubed.com/projects/coordex/. This version has many long requested changes including:

    • Various GUI changes
      Improved drop down lists
      Fixed GUI problems in XP
Fixed error when support applications paths set incorrectly
Import NMEA datafiles (GLL, GGA, RMC)
Preliminary support for trackpoint files (Magellean, GPX, Garmin?)
Preliminary support for Mapopolis (via GPXToMaplet)
      Streetaddress in GPX file
Fixed error with latest GPSBabel listing same format twice
      Import Kismet .gps file
Export to Delorme SA9, Delorme SA+
Circumvented errors on import/export when regional settings are not US standard.
Validity check in GGA and RMC data
      Checksum validation on NMEA import

Some of these features (like Mapopolis support and Kismet .gps support) were highly requested by users. Please leave me feedback if you experience any problems. Most problems with CoordEx have been fixed within hours once I become aware of the problem. Please send feedback to coordex@hypercubed.com or post to my forum ( http://www.hypercubed.com/megabbs/category-view.asp ).
