Creating a selected territories map

Is there a way to create a map of a selected territory, that shows only the exact territory within its borders, without the "grey" land area around it? It would look a lot cleaner, especially for odd shaped territories.
Thanks.

You could draw a solid white shape around the territory, being careful to match the edge(s) against the territory edges.

Yes it might take some time, but I'm not sure if there's an easier way?

Oh dear, that sounds a whole lot like a "manual" solution

Excel supports pie charts with each piece of pie nicely spaced out and distinct, I'm surprised that MapPoint doesn't have similar functionality.

Re: Creating a selected territories map

Was wondering if anybody had ever figured out how to do this?

Hi Laralei,

A 'manual'solution wuld be to colect the .shp files that match your
territories and then use Winwaed Software's MPSupershape to join them
once they've been imported.

Both Winwaed and Mattys Consulting would be able to automate a solution,
if given such a commission.

If you want a high quality image, you would send it to me for processing.
