Creating a subset of Pushpins from a set of pushpins

Last week, I could select a subset of pushpins and create a new set of pushpins with them - directly on the Mapponit screen / not with VB. Unfortunately, I forgot how to do that. Does anyone know how to do that?

Thanks,

Paf

Hi,

Not yet found?

Select a PushpIn with Right Button and choose "Properties".
You will have a window where you can change the name, the picture
and Create a new SET.

Ciao

Mohamed,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I can create a new data set for one pushpin and then add pushpins to the data set 1 by 1. However, I want to select an area on the map and define all those pushpins as a new data set. My database is huge. Do you know how to do that?

Hi,

Programmatically all is possible.

Do you add your pushpins by a programm or just using Mappoint import wizard from Excel?

What's your need exactly?
What do you want to do with SETS and SUB SETS of pushpins.

If you want to differenciate some categories of clients or prospects, you have better ways to do that in Mappoint.
