Custom Territories
I need to be able to define my own geographic territories. I can get the "custom" territories set up in the wizard, but I need to be able to draw my own on a particular city and give those hand drawn territories a label. Does any version of MapPoint offer this capability? If not, do you know any other reliable mapping software that does? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Nope.
MapPoint doesn't support hand-drawn territories. I don't know of any desktop mapping system that does, short of a high-end GIS system.
