Anybody knows www page to find lat long of specific streets´s cities? (in order to download in txt format)

AFAIK, no one has figured out how to export the underlying street data efficiently (maybe you could do something but analyzing the pixels but it would be far from efficient, there's a recent article that takes this approach for a different problem: http://www.mp2kmag.com/articles.asp?ArticleID=101).

What would probably be more effective for you would be to get ahold of Census 2000 TIGER data, that can be converted into a GIS format and is probably already is in txt format. Or you could go to one of the commercial data vendors like TeleAtlas, GDT or Navtech. They will charge a premium but can supply street data in any format.
