| Designing Territories I have imported customer data (Excel file) onto the map. I also created territories as they currently exist (manually). Now I want to select one of those territories and display the customer data records that exist in that territory. Then I want to re-select a (variation or new) territory, and see the customer data in that territory. The only way I have found to do this is to import the customer data, create the territory, then trace over the territory boundary with one of the drawing tools, right click (while the completed traced boundary is highlighted or selected) then export to excel to see the resulting customer data. Is anyone aware of a simpler method? It sure would be nice to created the territory, then highlight it in the ledgend window and export the customer data that resides inside the territory without having to trace it. |
