Hello,

I need an resident mailing address 10 miles around my business, so I can send out some discounts or promotions occasionally. Is there a way to compile the resident address and export to words or excel. Thank you very much for your help.

MapPoint is not good for generating mailing lists.. if you click along a road, it will tell you the approx. address, but there's no way to tell if it's actually a valid address (i.e. MapPoint might say 125 Park St. but there's no house at that location). Also, the reverse geocoding methods and POI's only show business locations.

Your best bet would be to buy the list from a company that generates mailing lists, or geocode all the phone books in the area ten miles around your and then draw a radius and do an "Export to Excel".
