Disabling Cntl Key Functions from MapPoint Control

Is it possible to disable the Cntl Key functions (ie: Cntl-F for the ShowFindDialog Box) within the VB mapPoint control? I would like to exclusively handle the find operation and not have the user accidentally pull up the ShowFindDialog box with the keyboard command.

If disabling is not possible, can it be superceded by a VB event or procedure?

Thank you

Disabling Control key of mappoint control in VC++

Is it possible to disable the Cntl Key functions (ie: Cntl-F for the ShowFindDialog Box, F1 key for help of map point) within the VC mapPoint control? I would like to exclusively handle the find operation and not have the user accidentally pull up the with the keyboard command.

Thanks in advance
