I am sure this may have been answered before, however I really need some suggestions for this quickly.

I have a few simple sales figures to post (3 categories, over 2 years per state).

I am in no need for any charts, pie's, push pins...I simply need to display this data on each state, and be able to quickly update it as numbers change. My reasons for need to not have any balloons is simple; I need to be able to print this out for the others to see.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Travis,

I think the best way to tackle this would be with a short, simple custom program that would add labels on each state.. there is a function AddTextBox that you would use to accomplish this.
