Distance from current location to next turn point

Who knows a way to calculate the distance between current location and next turn point? Suppose that the Lat/Lon at current location and the direction object of the next turn point are known. If we use the methed "distance" and "DistanceTo", the results are not always correct.

Or how can we know where is the exact location of the direction object. We need the location at the turn point.
