Hello:
I am a salesman. I pick a neighborhood for the day and I walk into merchants and business owners to start my sales process.
I would like a way of keeping track of all the stores I entered on Elm Street and five side streets today, and the nature of the conversations: ideally a map of the streets, where all the stores are diagrammed. Then I can click on the addresses or diagrams to see what we talked about. And three months from now, when I am on that street again, go to the map to remind me of where I have been and what we talked about. And of course I want to do this many hundreds of times through out my sales territory.
This geographic-pictorial representation of the contacts I have made, street by street, in my territory, needs to interface with contact management software like Goldmine, Act, or my favorite, FileMaker Pro.
Can MapPoint help me with this?? How would I get more information on this application?
