I am trying to download the Pushpin Tool to try before my company buys it. I completed the download (but not the way the readme.doc said), and had the Pushpin Tool in my MapPoint 2004 Tools pull down menu. When I tried to export the lat and lon all I got was a blank Excel. No spreadsheet, just Excel. Any suggestions?

What is the name of your dataset?

I know if can get hung up on dataset names with funny characters or very long names.

Try simplifying it like "deliverypoints" instead of
"Land O' Lakes Delivery & Distribution Points"

Let me know if this works.

The name of the dataset is Rt 269, BRN 274 M. Should I make this all one word?

This issue has been resolved. User had Excel97 and needed Service Release 2 applied. The long name of a dataset will also cause this as stated above...
