Black Belt MapPoint does not run on a Pocket PC, but "Pocket Maps" does. You can buy this separately or it comes free with Streets & Trips.
I think I read somewhere that the latest version has voice, but I haven't tried it.
Pocket Streets' routing abilities are limited. You might prefer to use a small laptop with Streets & Trips...
