You might try converting it to shape or mif/mid and then bringing it in with the Spatial Data Importer developer sample.

Thanks Eric for your answer.
I can't find that spatial data importer developer sample. Could you indicate me how can I download it?
Thanks, another time for, your support and time.

Hi Eric,
I tried the Spatial data import add-in, but it can't read all shape files because I think that add-in is provided by Microsoft as an example of how to develop a COM add-in for Mappoint. It exits some structures in layers that it doesn't understand.
Please, do you know some other utilities that can transform shape or dwg format files to mappoint format file??
thanks very much, Eric, for your interest
and help
Safe software's FME tool might do it, you can download a trial I think: www.safe.com
