Embedded Graphics and MP Control

Interesting problem... MP Control on a VB.net form. Everything is working fine except one thing....

When the form is loaded at run time all of the buttons, labels, etc. which have background images are suddenly changed! Images go to black, grey, etc. These are icon images set under properties for each button, etc.

This is a multi form application and I'm not experiencing this on any other forms except the MP Control form. Any ideas? Any known issues with the MP Control?

Thanks!

Solved my own problem...

, OK, I did not realize that color needed to be set to HIGH from 256. I was only working with the control and not the app. Changing the settings eliminated this problem!

What happened is that I was working just with the MP Control in VB.net and never opened the app... when I did, it immediately warned me that I needed to change the monitor settings to HIGH color in order for MP to work best.

In any case when I did this the problem with my VB.net form (which the MP control was placed) was resolved...

Appears as though improper color setting for monitor caused my graphics on the form to not be displayed properly in conjunction with the MP control...

Hope this clarifies it for ya....
