Enable GPS with code

Hi, I just finish to read all the 12 pages and I didn't see anything about it (I saw it in the past...) how can we "enable" the gps function from the ocx connection? by function I mean, routing,rotate maps etc... I saw with MP2009 it will do a "recalculation" if the user miss a exit.

Same thing about the "2.5d", can we enable this option from a .net application?
