Does anyone know if there is a way to create a "territory" map using a MIX of counties and zip codes? Our sales territories are divided by county, unless those counties lie in a metro area. Inside the metro counties, the territories are split by zip code. To add to the dilemma, some zips cross over county lines, and are, therefore, split.

The map is to be used in a corporate presentation, so my boss doesn't want any "drawn" maps.

I can manipulate the sales data to match the map using Excel, if I can get the map to diplay the right sales territory.

BTW, I'm not terribly knowledgable about programming.

No way programmatically that I know of, yet.

I may be able to do what you ask using materials I've collected over time,
but this is not something ready to match by using Excel. It might be drawn,
as you say, but I wouldn't be using those thick black lines for any of it.
