Explore the world of a book through Virtual Earth

From time to time I receive emails from readers of my blog which point me to their "babies". A few days ago I received an email from Clyde Ford and he made me aware of his great idea and execution to 'explore the world of a book through Virtual Earth'. Clyde is a longtime software developer but also an author of novels. He created a great application to promote his new book 'Precious Cargo'.

You can explore the places from the book directly in Virtual Earth and if you hang out long enough on the site you can hear Morgan Freeman talk about the book. Check it out it's worthwhile.
