Can you re-produce the error or is it random? There might be something common with the pins that do not get exported? Sometimes long names, spaces or special char in the names can be a problem. Find the pin that does not export and if the pushpin name is complex, as a test change it to a simple name and try again. Have you tried Pushpin Tool? http://www.mp2kmag.com/downloads/pushpin.tool
