Exporting Territory Name to Pinpoints

I have identified 308 territories using census tracts, and have also imported 8000 pinpoints. I want to export the pinpoint data with what territory they are in. Unfortunately all I get is pinpoint data or territory data, cant get both to come out together. Is there any way to do this. I do not know C at all. I do have a latlong c program I got from someone which would lead me to believe it could be done. Does anybody have any such program or have any help to offer? THanks Andy
