I ran into an issue recently where data is being mapped by the address but not pinned like the rest of the data. You can manually search for it and all the information is there that I mapped (a bunch of sales data) but it just doesn't have a push pin associated with it. It's difficult for my sales team to plan routes if they don't have a pin to go off of. I don't understand why MapPoint isn't applying a pushpin like all the others. I use 2013 version. Can anyone help me with this by chance? There are only two points that we know of, but unfortunately, have no way of knowing without manually searching all. There are over 7,000 addresses that are mapped....Please let me know if you can help or provide any feedback. Thanks so much!
