Hi, this is my first message. I checked for days documentation about mappoint programming but i haven't found anything. I'd like to extract all streets names, cities names, counties names of a country. Is it possible?

It's not really possible unfortunately.

Maybe you can lay a grid and then route between all points and extract from the driving directions? You would get a lot of duplicates but maybe you could then do a "Group by" to shrink the data.

If you need this data, you're probably better off getting the info from the US Census TIGER dataset, freely available from http://www.census.gov/geo/www/tiger/index.html

The API model for MapPoint is in MapPoint's help system.
Open MapPoint, and press F1
On the index pane on the left, all the way at the bottom is a heading for "Programming information". Expand that to find what you're looking for, particularly the topic "Microsfot MapPoint Visual Basic Reference"

I'm not aware if such public database exists for Europe, but the idea of Eric works. It will take a lot of computertime and filtering out of duplicates. Eventually you can do it in circles and take http://www.mp2kmag.com/a130--snap.ca....mappoint.html as example .
