FoxPro & Mappoint OCX

I'm having trouble doing the simplest thing in FoxPro 6.0, I want to have the ocx form show an address on a map. I think my problem is how to reference the object in FoxPro the way the mappoint ocx control wants me to.

Any ideas...

Anybody have a foxpro form with a mappoint control in it they can send me. I want to try having mappoing in a form first before I use code that activates in an instance outside.

Thanks

I'm not a Foxpro developer, but there is an article on this web site.. Take a look at http://www.mp2kmag.com/articles.asp?....parker.foxpro and see if that helps.

This is a great resource, and it has already helped a lot, but the control
is outside of FoxPro not inside of FoxPro.

I'm making some progress however if there is somebody out there that
would like to share some FoxPro code, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks

mappoint control in Foxpro

I saw your post from 2 years ago asking if anyone had information on how to work with the mappoint ocx in Foxpro. Did you have any luck with that. I am now working in Foxpro 8 and seem to have problems making the mappoint control work.

Hi Ralph

i´ve made a Foxpro Sample form that shows you the use of the mappoint ocx control on a form.
You can download it here: http://www.jabek.de/fox/testmp.zip

The sample also uses the newer FindAddressResults Function to find an address.

Hope this helps.
