Free Memory - no Visual MapPoint

Hi!

I had created an object no visual of MapPoint. I did it because i will need create distances or routes from a service.
It happens, when the service has more than one or two days running the memory is full, thanks to my object. I know the reason, in every time the service calculates a distance or route the consume of the object raise slowly. But in one day is possible the service calculates between 1000-10000 distances and routes... etc.

¿How can i controlate MapPoint don't raise the memory so quickly?

Thanks!

You need to stop MapPoint and restart it.
Stopping will also involve deleting all objects from memory.

Another method is that if it is visible, you can minimize and re-show it. This appears to force MapPoint's internal garbage disposal.

Hi,

In addition to what Richard say, if you have to do so many calculations, you can destroy your object every 100 or 500 or whatever, and create a new one. It will take a moment of quit / reloading MapPoint at that moment, but user will not see it.
