freeform shape exporting.. database maybe?

freeform shape exporting.. database maybe?

is there a way for "export" freeform shape to a database or file... and get import back?

There is! Walt Cygan wrote a mif/mid exporter some time ago, also it appeared in a compiled form in a newsletter around the same time.

Thank, but are you sure it take freeform?

"This code will export regions, lines, rectangles and pushpins/points to the MapInfo mif/mid file formats (other shape types are ignored)"

other shape... freeform are not other shape in this case?

I am not sure. But I think Freeform is a case of the type "Line".. so I think there's a good chance it will work. If not, the code is there so you could implement it easily if it does not work.
