Quick question, I have a map created with the pushpins of all our clients, what I would like to do is enter in a zip code or city into the map and have it return all the clients within 30 miles or 50 miles or whatever distance we would choose. This is a request from the sales department.

How do I do that with Mappoint?

Here's an easy way:

Select a pushpin, go to the Tools menu and select Find Nearby.
A new pane will open on the left of the map where you can choose
the number of miles in the search radius.
Use the Drawing tools Oval shape to stretch into a circle over the radius
Right-click and choose Export to Excel

Note: You are limited to 50 miles, except when using custom programming.

Thank you for the reply, that worked very well in singling out the area I wanted to see.

Now, I can't seem to get it to export into an Excel file, I've right clicked everything and there is no option anywhere that allows it.

Sometimes it is non-cooperative. Click somewhere other than the shape,
then click in the middle of the shape. The little boxes on the perimeter that
designate the vertices should then appear. Right-clicking at this point would
allow you to adjust the order (Send Behind Roads) or Export.
