| Functionality without Mobile provider ?? I want to know if it is possible for the application - MS mappoint location server to be run without a mobile provider ? I have a pocket pc device, that I need to track on my web browser, I stay in the Uk, and this is supposed to be my academic research project - location detection on the browser and the mobile device itself. Can this application be used without needing to register with a mobile operator, just within a private network of my friends ? Thank you very much, Amol         |
