Hello,

Needed to know if the following geocoding scenario is addressed or solved through features or APIs in MapPoint:

1. Given a coordinate – need to know if I am on a certain segment of a street – I need street name and segment information such as between two known waypoints or intersections. Need information in XML or similar format.

This is not really a supported feature, but with some work you could do it.

To get the street, research the reverse geocoding methods in the articles section. You would then have to write the XML yourself.
