GIS file > territory
I wish for the ability to convert a SHP or MIF into a territory. Our territories don't correspond to Census Tracts or Zip codes well enough.

Or, if we could manually outline a new territory with drawing tools, that would at least allow our agency to use Mappoint for more than directions.
