I've transferred data from an eTrex Legend to MapPoint using GPS Babel. This imports the data into a file that can be imported as pushpins. It is a bit convoluted, and the "track" is imported in the form of pushpin "breadcrumbs". GPSBabel is a Swiss-army-knife track/file converter. Donation-ware.
