| How to build MDX Queries in MAP Point 2004 tool .... Please look into the following MDX Query , which is using the FoodMart 2000 database ...cube 'warehouse' Q. Store wise Units Shipped and Units Ordered and Display only those records which have values... The query will be as follows .. "select { [Measures].[Units Shipped], [Measures].[Units Ordered] } on columns, NON EMPTY [Store].[Store Name].members on rows from Warehouse" The query works fine in the MS Analysis server 2000 very well . Now, i want to build this type of different MDX Queries using MAP Ponit 2004 tools. So from the Tool menu , i seleted 'Create new OLAP Query' . The wizard guids me very well . But the problem is that it allows us to select only one 'Measures' at a time . So how is it possible to build queries like qouted above where i have used two Measures in the query . Moreover , some queries run very well in the MDX query analyser , but if i want to build that query in the MAP Point tool , it gives me the error - 'Object variable or with block variable not set , Please redefine your query' . e.g. the following simple query for the databse IXAppDB..., cube BotView works fine in the MDX query analyser... "select {[Product].[Class].members} on rows, {[Measures].[Item Qty]} on columns from BotView" Can anybody tell me why this 'Object variable or with block variable not set , Please redefine your query' error message comming ?
