You can type addresses in the "Find" box at the top left of the MapPoint
windows, just under the toolbar icons. If MapPoint 2002 doesn't
recognize an address you entered, it will show you a dialog with some
potential matches. You can accept the closest of these matches, which
will put a pushpin at this location. You can then move this pushpin to
the right location manually, and type the right information in the
information balloon. Alternatively, you can click the "Create Pushpin"
icon on the Drawing toolbar, and add a pushpin manually simply by
clicking on your selected location on the map.
To import multiple records from Microsoft Access in different pushpin
sets, you would need to bring these records in one by one. Or, if you
simply want different icons for each record, use the "multiple symbol"
map type when importing the records, or change the icons once the data
has been brought into the map.
