How Do I remove preset cities on the map? I only need certain cities to appear and would like to remove the some.

There's not really any way to do it, you can change the map styles and fonts, but all of them have the cities.

If you really need certain cities removed for your map, you could try taking a graphics editor and very precisely removing the city names that you do not want to appear.
