Hi Marjorie, Can you import an address list? Practice importing a list of either the reps or their customers.. how you manage things is up to you.. you might keep everything in a Access database with queries to map or in Excel worksheets.. can you be more specific with the question? You might consider hiring a MapPoint consultant to chat with you about specifically your business problem and suggest an approach.. Eric
