I would just draw a rectangle enclosing the area that you are interested in, right-click it and select the Export to Excel menu item. This exports the data contained in that rectangular area to Excel, and allows you to print it from there. You could of course automate this by creating a Visual Basic application with the MapPoint ActiveX control where the data for the map displayed is automatically extracted and shown in a table below the map. |
