Zip codes are a little tricky as they follow the pattern of the delivery routes, which are not distinct geographical boundaries.. at times they are for instance a single building or point. If you really need to do this in MapPoint, I would recommend either drawing custom boundaries or editing the zip code boundaries in a separate program like MapInfo or ArcView and then importing them using the Spatial Data Importer. |
