I can't think of a way to accomplish this with MapPoint - other than purchasing county boundary data in ESRI SHP or MapInfo MIF format and bringing this into MapPoint as a drawing overlay using the Spatial Import Utility sample that Microsoft will be releasing via MSDN any day now. We have seen a preview of this utility and it would be perfect for this type of requirement. |
