MapPoint won't import XML files through the user interface, so you'll have to write some code that parses XML and feeds the right pieces of information to MapPoint. The information MapPoint needs is the same set of fields that come up when you try to match data from Excel or another supported data format - a variety of geographic references like street address, postal code, country, etc. |
