Black Belt I currently use map Info with Block Group Data. Is there a way to import the Blockgroup data and boundries into MapPoint?

Green Belt I am not familiar with this format. I have heard about translation software from safe.com that may provide what you need. The spatial importer add-in for MapPoint that is referenced at http://www.mp2kmag.com/importer.asp accepts MapInfo mid/mif files and ESRI Shape files.
