There are several consultants/solutions providers listed off the MapPoint product page: http://www.microsoft.com/mappoint/alliance/search.htm. Note that MapPoint .NET may be more suited to your job than MapPoint 2002 as the MapPoint 2002 EULA prohibits use on the Internet..
