Is anyone aware of an overlay for Mapoint that would include civil aviation point of interest (Navaids, airports, airways, etc.)??

I'm not.. what mapping software do aviation folk use now? I would imagine it's a small enough market and already saturated so if it were going to happen it would probably be one of the existing players porting their product to MapPoint rather than a new entrant.
