Territories can only be aggregates of existing boundaries such as census tracts, counties, etc. You can still do what you are wanting to do using VB code and the AddLine, AddPolyline, etc. functions. MS has some developer samples to be released soon showing how to import mif and shape formats, I know of other companies that have already programmed their own importer. I would recommend getting the demo and then giving it to onw of your developers to research.. it's a little work, but defintely do-able. |
